No Refund Policy – Roobaru Roshni Theatre Company

At Roobaru Roshni Theatre Company, we are committed to providing high-quality training, workshops, and programs that help aspiring actors and learners grow in their craft. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have a strict No Refund Policy for all our plans, courses, and memberships.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

  • All fees paid at the time of registration, enrollment, or subscription are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This includes payments made for workshops, online/offline programs, classes, memberships, or any other offerings.

2. No Refund for Partial Usage

  • If a participant chooses to discontinue or is unable to attend classes/programs for any reason (personal, professional, health-related, or otherwise), no refund or credit will be provided.

  • Missed sessions cannot be adjusted against future programs.

3. Program Cancellation by Participant

  • Once enrolled, if a participant decides not to continue, the fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Program Cancellation by Roobaru Roshni Theatre Company

  • In the rare case that Roobaru Roshni Theatre Company cancels a program or workshop from our end (and not postponed/rescheduled), participants will be eligible for either:

    • A full refund will be credited within 15 days to your bank account, or

    • Credit towards another program of equal value.

5. Subscriptions and Online Programs

  • All subscription-based programs, online learning modules, and recorded sessions are final sale and non-refundable once access is granted.

6. Responsibility of Participants

  • It is the responsibility of each participant to review all program details, schedules, and requirements before enrolling.

  • By joining, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
